NIKBI Ltd was established in Sofia in 2007 succeeding ET NID-Nikola Dimitrov (2000) managed by eng. Nikola Dimitrov. He graduated in 1971 from the Technical University of Sofia, Department of Electric Power Stations, Networks and Systems . From 1971 to 1981 he worked for a designer bureau in Pleven, and from 1981 to 1999 at IPP Mashproekt, Sofia.

Eng. Boris Dimitrov entered ET NID-Nikola Dimitrov in 2003. He graduated in 2007 from the Technical University of Sofia, Department of Electric Power Industry and Electrical Equipment as a master of electrical engineering.
